Q:Is installation complicated? Do I need to disassemble my car?

A: Check for interference (e.g., dashcams, WiFi hotspots) and ensure the USB port is correctly used. If issues persist, contact customer support.
Q: My CarPlay fails to connect to WiFi or the vehicle. How to fix?
A:
1.Design Note: The adapter communicates via a private WiFi network (e.g., CarPlay_XXXX). Keep the car’s built-in WiFi off to avoid interference.
2.Troubleshooting:
Delete old Bluetooth pairings (e.g., smartBox-XXXX) on your phone.
Restart the vehicle (power off for 30+ seconds).
Re-pair Bluetooth; the adapter’s WiFi connects automatically.
3.If unresolved, check for firmware updates or hardware faults.
Q: Warranty policy
A: 1-year free replacement + 30-day warranty. Our 24/7 customer team is always available.
Q: How does the Share One function work?
1.Initial Setup:
Ensure Device A is connected to CarPlay, then disconnect its Bluetooth/WiFi.
Manually pair Device B (Bluetooth or CarPlay).
2.Switching:
Press the Share One button to auto-switch to Device B.
3.Rules:
Only the two most recent devices retain switching rights (e.g., A↔B → B↔C if Device C is added).
